Inex Partners Oy and Intrade Partners Oy merged
Sourcing and logistics company Inex Partners Oy and sourcing company Intrade Partners Oy, both owned by SOK, have merged into one company. From 1 March 2010 on, business operations will continue under the name Inex Partners Oy. Intrade’s sourcing will continue as the department name Inex Consumer Goods Sourcing.
After the merger, Inex Partners Oy provides sourcing and logistics services for grocery and consumer goods for the S Group’s chains.
